What will we do for the future?
The perennial theme of being a good ancestor provides me with a bearing as I head out this morning to take the opening shift at Daily Provisions. We’re all in this together, so let’s make the most of it and remember that every cent spent is a vote for the kind of world that we are co-creating. Every action makes an impact. It really doesn’t matter as much what we think, feel, or believe. What actually matters is action.
So it goes. I am so grateful for all of you who take the time to read and restack.
This morning, I’m up early after a rough night of getting up frequently. Sleep came only in really small increments. Nothing dreamed made a lot of sense. What I feel is just the pressure of life in the moment. Still, so long as breath is in the body, I plan to do what I can to be the best Hal Gill I can as I move from dawn to dusk and back again.

I make a commitment to all of you who are my subscribers and followers to produce content and to document “The Passing Show” as I call my live sessions as I walk about. Yesterday, I spent some time at the National Gallery of Art soaking up something of the artifacts that our species have produced as we move along through life. I’m grateful for having had that opportunity. I love amplifying the signals of others through cyberspace as well.
