Woke up with a sore throat and sniffle - taking care of that while keeping the brain active

We must admit that it is with some degree of consternation that we face the future from the present moment we are in. Same as it ever was, I’d warrant. I was just reading this excerpt from “The Marginalian” - an indispensable part of my ongoing eduction and thought I’d better both A) write and B) share it with you all for what it is worth - and I believe it is worth a lot.
Questioning our deeply held beliefs is essential. We could be wrong. We only see the world and all that’s in it, the cosmos and all it entails, with our limited set of sensory apparati. Ears hear a small part of the spectrum of sound just as eyes only capture a bit of the electromagnetic spectrum. All around us, bits and bytes, stream on microwaves to be picked up by our devices.
Same as it has been for the past century or so only with an ever-increasing amount of data fog out there in “cyberspace” - what of it?
Well, I don’t know. I just know it seems that this is a geometric progression happening here and we are co-creating a new Earth - all while preparing to expand beyond our home planet.
This could be a long post, but I don’t think it will be since I am having to pace myself as I recover from the onslaught of this virus that has been taking advantage of my weakened constitution.
As always, feedback is most welcome.
