I've had a few instances in which the man I was interested in said something similar along the lines of not feeling enough for me, which parallels what you mentioned. sometimes I wished they stuck around because I knew they were enough, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise when someone leaves your life though. what's meant to be will be. anyways, thank you for the mention and for sharing your memories.
